(1) Define, in one word, what it means to be a South Asian woman?
I would say strong-minded. South Asian women these days know what they want, and do not let anyone stand in the way of them.
(2) If you could pick one thing you could change about South Asians in the US, what would it be?
I would want them to voice their opinions in Politics more. If more South Asians were involved in American Politics, the ties with South Asian countries could possibly be stronger.
(3) What inspires you as a person?
My sister is the sole person who inspires me as a person. She is who I want to be in the future: a patient, loving, hardworking doctor.
(4) Describe compassion in your own words.
Compassion is showing the love you have for others without any boundaries.
(5) If you could travel to one place in the world, where would it be and why?
Greece. I’ve always wished to see the traditional parts of Greece, with the beautiful buildings, colors, and history that took place there. Their Greek salads are just a plus!
